The ✨new✨ 8 week challenge
What's involved?
My 8 week challenge is designed to help you rebuild trust with your body and heal your relationship with food so you can navigate your fitness journey better. It’s not just another “challenge” to push through, but a genuine reset that helps you feel like yourself again.
Inside you'll find the the Shift School, step by step action plans, bite sized lessons, mini challenges, recipes, journal prompts... all designed to actually help you understand your body and support it with confidence :)
You’ll also receive 2 private coaching check ins with me (every 4 weeks) for personalised guidance, progression, accountability, and ofc, support.
The goal is to help you work from the inside out, addressing mindset, emotional patterns, and the beliefs that keep you stuck in those all/nothing cycles.
My method (as always) combines holistic nutrition, self compassion, and therapeutic coaching techniques to help you rebuild trust with food, rewire unhelpful habits, and find balance that lasts.

Why a "challenge", isn't healing your relationship to food a bit more complex?
Healing your relationship to food and fitness can be complex, but I wanted to make this kind of transformation and journey more accessible, flexible, and approachable to more women.
In my experience, the challenge format helps to create more energy and momentum too! It helps you stay consistent while still feeling supported. Each week gives you a clear focus and tangible tools, so you can learn, apply, and see some genuine physical + mental progress without getting lost in perfection. The goal is to create a space for you to learn, grow, and reconnect to your body alongside others on the same path.
My story:
Shifting my approach to health. Diet obsessed to holistic.
From a personal perspective, my shift from dieting to a holistic, food freedom (& balanced approach) meant more than just "weight loss". It meant that my digestion improved (better gut health = better nutrient absorption), my skin improved due to a more balanced hormonal profile, improved energy (less sugar crashes).
I stopped labelling foods as “good” / “bad,” and as that pressure lifted, so did the urge to binge eat. I naturally began eating fewer inflammatory, processed foods and not because I had to, but because I felt better eating balanced and understood my body better.
Since going through my own journey with this approach, I’ve watched hundreds of women completely transform their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. By moving away from rigid, male-centred models of fitness and nutrition and toward a softer, more intuitive framework, they’ve been able to rebuild trust in their bodies, balance their hormones, and find a rhythm that actually works for them.
This method works because it’s designed for women’s bodies and lives — it honours our cycles, emotions, and seasons. It’s not about control; it’s about connection, and that shift has changed everything for the women who’ve gone through it.
