General

  • How do I receive the program?

    Once you have purchased a program and set up your account, you will be redirected to the members area. From there you will have your  program ready to access. Check emails too. You can put the website link as an app on your phone too for easy access.

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes :) You'll also receive ongoing support from me and my team though. The best part is that you're not locked into a long-term commitment, you can cancel anytime. But results come from consistency, always! 

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Of course, you just need internet access. Check-ins will usually take 24-48 hours and are recorded and sent to you :)


Subscriptions

  • Refunds and returns.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email me with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that once you cancel your account, all plans and support will be removed from your account.

  • Can I pause payment without canceling my account?
